Timekeeper remains our first physical milestone. The Android QR route opens its public demonstration passport without a wallet; NFC testing still needs a writable test tag.
Next Approve one finished sample, then write, read and rescan a test tag and check its placement after assembly.
First, make Harbor V1 playable without guidance. The tabletop printset and direct 3D entrance are live. The mobile button fix is published and browser-verified; Samsung and Pixel confirmation remains open.
Next Chester’s model-error recovery is tested locally on desktop and phone layouts. Next, integrate it with the current game release and test one complete round: goal, choices, contribution, ending and return.
Services and the demonstration passport work without Voyager. Companion 0.2.17 has passed scoped MetaMask/Rabby tests in one connection tab, keeping wallet addresses and personal labels distinct. Labels do not grant Handoff authority.
Next Prove one real product journey with the appropriate maker, receiver and Observer approvals.
The current tabletop prototype printset and play guide are available from XO Games. Ship, lighthouse and bottle models are prepared for physical fit trials; cards remain in the proof stage.
Next Playtest the printed round and check object fit and card samples before a complete box release.
These are development gates. A concept or a local test is not a production release.

Small beginnings. Something worth keeping.
We begin with a sample, learn from the object and its story, then decide what deserves to become a release.
Voyager · character artwork
01 / Characters & craft
From Harbor, into your hands.
The Timekeeper is our first physical milestone. Alongside it, we are exploring a Voyager figure with real textile clothing and small Harbor artifacts: a bell, a gull and a knot.
The challenge is to keep each character’s silhouette, warmth and personality as the artwork becomes a physical object.
◌ Prototype development & material studies
What we are exploring +
Miniature clothing, tactile materials, hand-finished surfaces and a discreet place for an NFC tag. Sample making and testing come before any series-production decision.
Lumen imagines a warm light at the centre of a gathering. A card starts the conversation; a charm passes from one participant to the next.
We are exploring a tap that opens the current round, lets you add your own contribution and carries the story forward.
◌ Concept & NFC sample exploration
What we are exploring +
NFC integration for collectibles, textile labels and printed cards, tested with real phones after assembly. The Lumen play flow is a concept; tag selection and the finished product still need to be tested.
Test the finish, the tap and the experience with people.

Every prototype teaches us something. Only some become a production release.
